The CSR Assistant is responsible for assisting, communicating, maintaining, and nurturing a personal
relationship with the assigned customer base. Communicating daily with the planners, Drivers and Driver
managers to ensure we are proving outstanding service to our customers.

• Process orders in accurate/timely fashion for delivery
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and follow ups
• Daily interaction with Customers, Drivers and Driver Managers
• Maintain customer databases
